A Natural Detoxification Guide and Recipe
Detoxification is an important practice that promotes health and longevity. That’s because it helps keep many conditions including cancer, diabetes, liver problems, and kidney problems at bay.
You see, our planet is full of toxins, which are everywhere like bacteria. These toxins come from many different sources including within the body itself, clothes, food additives, water, air pollutants, and body products. Home cleaning products, pesticides & herbicides, food storage containers, and cars are also big culprits.
Even though we cannot avoid these poisonous and harmful compounds, we can minimize their levels in our bodies by doing regular detoxification. It begs the question; how regularly should we detox?
Unfortunately, there is no specific answer to this question. The answer varies with each individual because our bodies are different and there isn’t a one-size-fits-all schedule. The best thing you can do is to know how to read the signs that suggest that it’s time to flush out the toxic. So, how do you know that it’s time to do so?
According to a credible source, the answer is when you experience the following problems:
Fuzzy thinking(brain fog).
- Lower back pain.
- Unexplained headaches.
- Food and scent intolerances.
- Skin problems e.g acne, rashes, etc.
- Low energy and fatigue.
- Digestive issues such as constipation and diarrhea.
- Frequent colds and viruses.
- General aches and pains.
- Feeling exhausted after sleep.
- Inability to lose weight whatsoever.
- Diminished resistance to infections.
In many cases, you could be struggling with a condition such as lower back pain or frequent headaches that can’t seem to go away despite trying all sorts of remedies. You might be thinking that the condition requires a more serious treatment like surgery or so. But, in reality, the real solution lies in detoxing.

Final Thoughts
In as much as the body has its self-detoxing mechanism, it can only flush out so many toxins. And with the rising levels of environmental pollution, the levels of toxins that surround us continue to soar. Consequently, our self-detoxing mechanism is gradually becoming overburdened and less effective. It’s slowly paving the way for diseases, which is why too many people suffer from one disease or another nowadays.
Detoxifying regularly can be a great way to restore the efficacy of our internal detoxing mechanism and support the mechanism in flushing the toxins out of our body. It can be an incredible way to prevent many conditions such as kidney problems, diabetes, and cancer. To start detoxing naturally with food, try the recipe above.
