Carbs Make You Fat

Especially if we go about it the wrong way. We need carbs for energy, so cutting them out completely can be bad news for your body. Instead of no carbohydrates at all, you should just not eat refined ones. These are ones that have been processed in factories, such as white rice and white bread. Refined carbs can cause bloating. MSG Is Bad For You

MSG has a very bad reputation. Monosodium glutamate is a flavoring that is added to many ready made and packaged meals.In America, it is often regarded as a silent killer. However, that isn’t the case. Some people don’t respond well to it, as it can make them hyper. This is especially the case when young children eat it. But that’s it. There aren’t any major life-threatening symptoms that it causes. Eating small amounts of it won’t do your health any harm.

Diet Foods Can Help You Lose Weight

If you walk around your local supermarket, you will see so many different diet foods. Sure, they have fewer calories in them. But that doesn’t mean that they are better for you. They need to get their flavor from somewhere, and that normally comes from added sugar or trans fats. There is only one effective way to lose weight, other than eating diet foods.
