Love Your Body, And It’ll Love You Back

Your body is designed to offer you a safe ride through life, assuming that you look after it. As you’re the only person responsible for the quality of the ride, it’s fair to say that the care, effort and attention to give your body can ultimately pay off in the long run. Think of it as a vehicle that responds to physical, energetic, emotional and psychological pressures and influences. So there’s a little more to do than changing the oil regularly and getting some petrol to cover the distance. Besides, while you can buy a new vehicle when your car breakdowns irreparably, you can’t change your body – although some might argue that you can get some new parts to replace used or damaged elements, but you can’t actually exchange a dysfunctioning body for a brand new model.
