They put their focus on to serve meals made with the highest quality ingredients, and this includes Santoña anchovies, michirones (a form of stewed beans), dryland-farmed potatoes, cod croquettes with pine nuts, Mediterranean mussels, grilled sardines, fried anchovies from boats out of Castellón, and locally caught squid. The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday for both lunch and dinner.

La Pepica

La Pepica Valencia is an exceptional restaurant with over 120 years of history; in fact, Hemingway used to visit with his bullfighting friends after the bullfights of the July Fair. Today the restaurant is frequented by both locals and tourists alike, all keen to get a taste of the tasty rice that the restaurant is most known for. The special paella “La Pepica” was first made for the Venetian painter Joaquin Sorolla and since then has become a trademark of the restaurant.
